Have fun with the whole family and/or friends at this stylisch little villa, called fruitier, at only 15 meters from one of the best beaches of Sainte-Maxime. Fruitier is placed in the quartier La Garonette at the Golf of Saint-Tropez. The city centre and supermarket of Les-Issambres are at walking distance and you can easily walk to the port (5 min walk) to get the boat to Saint-Tropez.
The little villa (75m2) has 2 bedrooms with airconditioning, 1 big bathroom, seperate toilet, a living with a firewood place, banderie and kitchen. The sunny garden has a lovely pool (4x7m) with sunbeds around and a terrace with outdoor table and lounge chairs.
You can park up to 2 cars in our enclosed parking.

A Stylisch house with private swimming pool in Sainte-Maxime. The house is situated almost at the beach (15 meters) - Plage de La Garonnette - near bustling Les Issambres.
A Unique location and a charming place for couples and smaller families. Suitable for 4 adults and 1 child.
Ideal for a beach holiday with everything on your door step and only 10 minutes drive to the city centre of Sainte-Maxime. Betweeen Saint -Tropez and Nice the perfect place to explore the Côte d'Azur.
Our house max. 4 personnes
Our little villa (75m2) excists of 2 levels. On the 1st floor you can find 2 bedrooms with airconditioning.. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and view to the garden. The second bedroom has a 1m40 bed with a side sea view. In the middle of the two bedrooms you can find the bathroom with a separate toilet.
The ground level has a Living with firewood, dining part and a separate kitchen with bindery. Due to the many windows it is very light inside.
The villa is nicely decorated with a a combination of vintage and modern items. In the salon you can find a flatscreen television with international channels. The sunny garden of 700 m2 has a swimming pool of 7x 4m. Around the pool you can find different sunbeds and lounge spots. The terrace that is placed in front of the house offers a big wooden table with chairs. and bbq.
Your car can be parked in our enclosed parking.

Around us
The town of Sainte-Maxime is located on the bay of Saint-Tropez. at the Côte d'Azur.
In the area, Saint-Tropez is the most famous destination. This is easily accessible from the harbor by shuttle boat (Navette/Bateaux Verte). During the day, a great place to shop and soak up the bustling atmosphere, in the evening to admire the boats in the harbor and cut a hole in your holiday budget on a terrace.

Nice is only one hour drive and Cannes and Monaco are easily accessible for a day trip. Historic picturesque mountain village of Gassin lends itself to an end of day visit with a choice of restaurants offering expansive views of the area. A number of attractive beaches are just a stone's throw away with both paid and free areas for a beautiful day at the beach. For golfers there is a beautiful course in Sainte-Maxime itself, the garden overlooks a number of holes of this course, and a dozen more in the area.
Location
You can find the mediterranian sea right at your door step. Only 15 meters from your home is Plage de La Garonnette of Sainte-Maxime with a great beach club and different restaurants and several water sports.
You can easily walk to the port of Les Issambres to take the boat to Saint-Tropez. And also the centre with bakeries and supermarkets is only 5 minutes by foot.
The Centre of Sainte-Maxime is about 10 minutes by car.
The house is 1 hour away from the Airport Nice.

Feeling to celebrate... L'Oiseau Bleu Catering provides high level custom catering from concept to table. We can arrange the complete catering services as well organize your event in its entirety. With Chef Caspar Burgi his creativity and knowledge he is ably to execute your specific ideas and wishes.
Dining
Enjoy a lovely private dinner prepared with fresh, seasonal products, bought from our supported locals. With herbs and fruits picked from our garden and prepared by our Star chef Caspar Burgi who will serve the most incredible dishes at the outside terrace under the pergola.
Assured of a wonderful evening with culinary delights. For groups of 6 or more people, we offer the possibility to request the service at home for a private dinner.
Cooking classes
Our workshop on food, cooking, eating and discovering the taste of la Douce France. It is an experience that includes the preparation and tasting of a complete dinner from appetizer to desert. We only use fresh, seasonale products and you will be amazed about the new cooking tips and tricks you will take home with you. Cooking classes can only be booked during low and mid season. For groups up to 6 people.
Picknick at the beach
The Lovely beach 'La Nartelle' is only 800m from our Domaine. Enjoy a lovely day at the beach with bleu sky and salty hair while having a private lunch prepared for you by our chef.
Book at our table
We believe in the power of food bringing people together from all over the world. Join us for a Table d'Hote. There is no menu so just let yourself be surprised by our chef. Table d'Hotes are exclusive for our guests.
Picknick on a boat
Let yourself be taken away on the waves. With the sun on your had and a good glass of wine we can serve you a lovely lunch on the water. The boat and captain are included.
